## Messages to send Mindie
- Confirm the day before: "Remind me tomorrow at 6pm to confirm Mr Hughes' 5am airport pickup"
- Leave on time: "Remind me Friday at 4:15am to leave for the Hughes pickup at 14 Oak Lane"
- Vehicle paperwork: "Remind me on 1 June at 10am the private hire licence for the Mercedes expires on 30 June"

Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a chauffeur's pickups, client confirmations and vehicle renewals in one chat. Send "remind me tomorrow at 6pm to confirm Mr Hughes' 5am airport pickup" and the confirmation happens the evening before, not at 4:50am.

A chauffeur business lives on timing. One late pickup for an airport run can lose a regular client, and most bookings arrive by WhatsApp anyway.

## What chauffeurs use it for

- **Booking confirmations** the evening before.
- **Departure reminders** with the address, timed for traffic.
- **Airport runs,** with flight numbers noted.
- **Vehicle paperwork:** private hire licences, insurance and inspections. See [car service reminders](/reminders/car-service).
- **Regular clients' preferences,** saved as notes.

## Why it fits

- **Bookings arrive on WhatsApp.** Screenshot one and send it to Mindie.
- **Voice notes between jobs,** hands-free once parked.
- **A Sunday recap** of the week's bookings.

## How it works

Link your WhatsApp number, then send reminders, notes and lists in plain words, voice notes or screenshots. Mindie confirms each one and messages you on time, in your timezone. Reply to a reminder to move it. Every Sunday it sends a recap of the week ahead.

## What Mindie doesn't do

- **It doesn't message clients** or take bookings.
- **It isn't dispatch software** or an alarm.

## FAQ

### Can Mindie confirm bookings with my clients?
No. Mindie only messages you. It reminds you to confirm; the message comes from you.

### Can I send a booking screenshot?
Yes. Mindie reads the date, time and address and sets the reminders after checking them with you.

### Is it reliable enough for a 4am pickup?
Mindie sends a WhatsApp message on time, but it isn't an alarm. For early starts, set your phone's alarm too.
