# Mindie

> Mindie is a reminders app that lives in WhatsApp and Telegram. You text it, send a voice note or forward a screenshot, and it turns that into reminders, lists, notes and calendar events, then follows up at the right time. No app to install.

## What Mindie does
- Reminders, one-off and recurring (daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, yearly, every few hours, days, weeks or months), set in plain language: "remind me to send the proposal friday 3pm".
- Reply "done" to close a reminder, "snooze 1 hour" to push it, "undo" within 24 hours to bring back the last thing you deleted or marked done. Nag mode keeps nudging until you reply done. Deadline reminders give a heads-up before the day.
- Habits with streaks, and goals with progress.
- Optional scheduled messages: a morning briefing, an evening recap, a weekly review and calendar nudges.
- Follow-up by reply: move or cancel a reminder by answering it ("push it to 7"), or ask "what's on tomorrow?".
- Lists and notes: anything with several items becomes a list; "save this" or "note" saves a note. Ask for them any time.
- Voice notes are transcribed and handled like typed messages.
- Screenshots and photos are read: a flight confirmation or school newsletter becomes a calendar event or a list.
- Google Calendar and Outlook: add events and ask what's coming up.
- Notion: add a #hashtag and the message is saved to Notion under that category.
- Memory: Mindie remembers what you've saved and told it, so you can ask for it later.
- Telegram: everything above also works on Telegram (@mindieapp_bot), with one memory shared with WhatsApp. Choose whether reminders arrive on WhatsApp, Telegram or both. Telegram comes with a plan and a linked WhatsApp number.
- Languages: works best in English and replies in the language you write in (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and more).

## Who it's for
Founders, consultants, managers, creators and parents who live in WhatsApp or Telegram and lose notes-to-self, requests and dates in their chats.

## What it is not
Mindie doesn't answer general questions, look things up on the web or write essays. It captures what you send and follows up on it.

## Pricing
- Mindie Pro: $9/month or $90/year (2 months free). Every feature, one plan.
- 7-day free trial with every feature. A card is saved at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial; Mindie texts you before it ends.
- 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.
- Lifetime: $99 once, limited to the first 50 buyers, not available in the UK or EU.
- Cancel any time by texting "cancel" to Mindie.

## Getting started
1. Message Mindie on WhatsApp to try it, no sign-up needed (a few reminders and messages to get a feel for it).
2. When you want to keep going, Mindie sends a link to start the 7-day free trial at https://www.getmindie.app/signup (Google or a code by email, no password). Everything set during the try comes with you.
3. Send your first message, for example "remind me in 2 minutes to drink water".

## Privacy
Mindie only sees messages you send to it, never your other chats or contacts. Messages are not sold, not used for ads and not used to train AI models. Text "clear our chat" to delete your chat history.

## FAQ
### Do I need to sign up to try Mindie?
No. Text Mindie on WhatsApp and try it straight away: up to 3 reminders and 10 messages, no account and no card. When you're ready, Mindie sends a link to start your 7-day free trial, and everything you set while trying comes with you.

### Do I need to download an app?
No. Mindie works entirely inside WhatsApp, and on Telegram too. Save its number and start chatting: text it, send a voice note or forward a screenshot.

### Does Mindie work on Telegram?
Yes. Mindie works on Telegram as well as WhatsApp, with one memory across both: save something in one app and ask for it in the other. You choose whether reminders arrive on WhatsApp, Telegram or both. Connect Telegram from the Integrations page once your plan is active.

### What can Mindie do?
Set reminders (one-off or recurring), save notes and lists, read text from screenshots and photos, turn voice notes into tasks, add events to Google Calendar or Outlook, and save to Notion.

### Which tools does Mindie connect to?
Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Notion. You connect them once from the web dashboard.

### Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days with every feature. Your card is saved at checkout and nothing is charged. Mindie reminds you two days before the trial ends, and if you text "cancel" you never pay. After that it's $9/month or $90/year, with a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

### Is my data safe and private?
Your reminders, notes and messages are stored in your account so Mindie can remember context, over encrypted connections. Mindie only sees messages you send to it, never your other chats, and you can clear your chat history any time by asking.

### Which languages does Mindie understand?
Mindie works best in English and understands most major languages, including Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. It replies in the language you write in.

### Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Cancel any time by texting "cancel" to Mindie. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your notes and reminders stay.

### Who built Mindie?
Mindie is built by Tamil Iniyan at Flownix Labs, to stop notes-to-self getting lost in WhatsApp chat history.

### How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days with every feature. Your card is saved at checkout and nothing is charged. Two days before the trial ends Mindie reminds you on WhatsApp; text "cancel" and you won't pay anything. Otherwise it continues at $9/month or $90/year.

### Is there a free plan?
No. Mindie runs on paid plans only, which is how it stays fast, private and free of ads. The trial gives you the full product first.

### What does fair use mean?
Pro includes up to 1,000 messages a month and Lifetime up to 300. The trial includes 50. Almost everyone sends far fewer.

### Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Mindie isn't for you after your first payment, email support@getmindie.app within 7 days and we refund it in full.

### What happens if I cancel?
Text "cancel" to Mindie or use Manage Plan in your profile. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then Mindie pauses. Your reminders and notes are kept.

### Why is Lifetime not available in the UK and EU?
WhatsApp charges Mindie much more per message there, so a one-time price can't cover it. The monthly and yearly plans work everywhere.

### Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the amount in your local currency.
