This Cancellations and Refunds Policy applies to Mindie, a WhatsApp-based reminder service operated by Mindie Labs.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Mindie subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • You will retain access until the end of the current billing period
  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation

Cancellation instructions are provided within your account or via support.

2. Free Trial

If Mindie offers a free trial:

  • No charges will be applied during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
  • Once the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless canceled

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial payment
  • The request is related to service functionality or access issues

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Partial usage after the refund period
  • Failure to receive reminders due to external factors (network issues, WhatsApp outages, device limitations)
  • User error or misuse of the service

5. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Service Changes and Termination

If Mindie is discontinued or significantly modified, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion.
