Mindie for busy parents
Updated .
Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a parent's school dates, fees, activities and lists in one chat. When the school group posts that tomorrow is costume day, send "remind me Thursday at 8pm Leo needs a costume for Friday's annual day" and it's handled.
Parents carry a calendar nobody else can see: school events, fee deadlines, activity times, birthdays, doctor visits, and a grocery list that grows all week. Most of it arrives in WhatsApp groups, buried between photos and replies.

What parents use it for
- School circulars, turned into reminders from a screenshot.
- Fees, monthly or termly. See school fees reminders.
- Weekly activities like swimming, music or tuition.
- Lists: groceries, school supplies, things to pack for a trip.
- Family dates: birthdays, vaccinations, dentist visits.
Why it fits
- The information is already in WhatsApp. Screenshot it and send it to Mindie.
- Voice notes while doing something else. Which, for parents, is always.
- A Sunday recap of the week's reminders, so Monday isn't a surprise.
How it works
Link your number, send reminders, notes and lists in words, voice notes or screenshots. Mindie confirms each one and messages you on time. Reply to move one when plans change.
What Mindie doesn't do
- It doesn't message your family or the school.
- It doesn't read your WhatsApp groups. You forward or screenshot what matters.
Questions
Can my partner see the same reminders?
Each person has their own Mindie account and chat. Mindie doesn't share reminders between people or message anyone else.
Can I forward screenshots from the school group?
Yes. Send a screenshot and Mindie reads the dates, then sets reminders after checking them with you.
Can I have different lists for different things?
Yes. Groceries, school supplies, gift ideas: name a list and Mindie keeps it.
Mindie works in your own WhatsApp chat: it reminds you, and never messages your clients, patients or family for you. Checked on 29 October 2026.
