Mindie for small business owners
Updated .
Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a small business owner's supplier payments, tax dates, renewals and to-do lists in one chat. Send "on the 25th of every month at 10am remind me to pay the vegetable supplier" once, and it comes every month.
Small businesses already run on WhatsApp: suppliers, staff, customers and accountants are all there. The owner is the one person who has to remember everything, usually without an office or a desk.

A stock list
What owners use it for
- Supplier payments and rent, as monthly reminders.
- Tax and filing dates. See sales tax and VAT return reminders.
- Licence and registration renewals, months ahead.
- Reorder lists, built up during the week, checked when you order.
- Customer follow-ups and unpaid invoices.
- Staff tasks you need to check, like a weekly cleaning or stock count.
Why it fits
- No new app for anyone. It's a chat in WhatsApp.
- Voice notes and screenshots work. Send a photo of a supplier bill and Mindie reads the due date, then confirms it with you.
- A Sunday recap of the coming week's reminders.
How it works
Link your number, send reminders, notes and lists in plain words, and Mindie messages you on time. Connect Google or Outlook Calendar if you want appointments there too.
What Mindie doesn't do
- It doesn't message customers, staff or suppliers.
- It isn't accounting or inventory software. It reminds you to do what those tools can't do on their own.
Questions
Can my staff use the same Mindie?
Mindie is personal: one WhatsApp number, one account. Each person who wants reminders needs their own.
Can it send reminders to customers?
No. Mindie only messages you. It isn't a customer messaging tool.
Can it keep my reorder list?
Yes. Add items as you notice them, ask for the list when you order, and tick items off.
Mindie works in your own WhatsApp chat: it reminds you, and never messages your clients, patients or family for you. Checked on 29 October 2026.
