Mindie for consultants

Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a consultant's proposal follow-ups, deliverables, invoices and call notes in one chat. After a pitch, send "remind me next Wednesday at 10am to follow up with Megan on the proposal" and the follow-up is set before you've closed the laptop.

How it works

What Mindie doesn't do
- It doesn't message clients or send invoices.
- It isn't a CRM or time tracker. It makes sure you remember what you promised.
Questions
Can I keep notes per client?
Yes. Start each note with the client's name, then ask "what did Acme ask for?" and Mindie finds it.
Does Mindie send follow-ups to clients?
No. Mindie only messages you. The follow-up itself comes from you.
Can it add client calls to my calendar?
Yes. Connect Google or Outlook Calendar and ask Mindie to add the call.
