A return package reminder on WhatsApp is a heads-up before the return window closes, plus a nudge to drop it off. With Mindie, send "remind me before the return window for the jacket closes on 18 November" and you get an early heads-up and a message on the last day.

The parcel goes by the front door with good intentions. Two weeks later it's still there, and the window closed yesterday.
