Mindie for e-commerce sellers

Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps an online seller's restocks, supplier payments, launches and admin in one chat. Send "remind me Monday at 9am to reorder the large tote bags, about 40 left" and the reorder won't wait until the listing says sold out.

How it works

Link your WhatsApp number, then send reminders, notes and lists in plain words, voice notes or screenshots. Mindie confirms each one and messages you on time, in your timezone. Reply to a reminder to move it. Every Sunday it sends a recap of the week ahead.

What Mindie doesn't do

• It doesn't connect to your store or track inventory.
• It doesn't message customers or suppliers.
