Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps an event planner's vendor follow-ups, payment milestones and checklists in one chat. Send "remind me Thursday at 11am to confirm the florist for the Harper wedding" and the confirmation won't slip past.

Can I keep a separate checklist per event?

Yes. Name the list after the event and ask for it by name.

Can Mindie message vendors?

No. Mindie only messages you. It reminds you to confirm or pay; you send the message.

Can I send a vendor's quote as a screenshot?

Yes. Mindie reads the dates and amounts and sets reminders after checking them with you.
