Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a landlord's rent checks, lease dates, repairs and property bills in one chat. Send "on the 6th of every month at 10am remind me to check rent from Flat 2 and Flat 5" once, and Mindie checks in every month.
Being a landlord is mostly remembering: which rent is late, which lease ends when, which repair you promised, which tax bill is due. With two or three properties, that's a lot of dates for one head.

What landlords use it for
- Rent checks, the day after rent is due, so late payments get noticed early.
- Lease end dates, two months ahead, to decide on renewal or new tenants.

How it works

What Mindie doesn't do
- It doesn't message tenants or collect rent.
- It isn't property management software. It's the memory layer for a landlord with a few properties.
Questions
Can Mindie remind my tenants to pay rent?
No. Mindie only messages you. It reminds you to check that rent arrived, and to follow up if it didn't.
Can I keep a separate list per property?
Yes. Name the list after the property, like "Flat 5 repairs", and ask for it by name.
Can I store lease documents?
Send a screenshot or photo of the key dates and Mindie sets reminders from them. Keep the signed documents themselves in your files.
