Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a real estate agent's viewings, buyer follow-ups and lease dates in one chat. Send "remind me tomorrow at 10am to call the Millers about the three-bed on Lake Road" between appointments, and the follow-up is set.

Real estate runs on follow-ups. A buyer who doesn't hear back in a day finds another agent. Most of those follow-ups are decided in the car between viewings, which is exactly where nobody opens a CRM.

No. Mindie only messages you.

Can I add viewings to my calendar?

Yes. Connect Google or Outlook Calendar and Mindie can add events from your messages.
