Mindie is a WhatsApp assistant that keeps a chauffeur's pickups, client confirmations and vehicle renewals in one chat. Send "remind me tomorrow at 6pm to confirm Mr Hughes' 5am airport pickup" and the confirmation happens the evening before, not at 4:50am.

A chauffeur business lives on timing. One late pickup for an airport run can lose a regular client, and most bookings arrive by WhatsApp anyway.

Can Mindie confirm bookings with my clients?

No. Mindie only messages you. It reminds you to confirm; the message comes from you.

Can I send a booking screenshot?

Yes. Mindie reads the date, time and address and sets the reminders after checking them with you.

Is it reliable enough for a 4am pickup?

Mindie sends a WhatsApp message on time, but it isn't an alarm. For early starts, set your phone's alarm too.
